JOB DESCRIPTION

Position
Community Manager
Where?
Los Cabos Office
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 hrs; Saturday, 10:00 – 14:00 hrs(on rotation)
The Position:

This position will be in charge of setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns
to align with marketing strategies, providing engaging text, image and video content for social media
accounts, responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content creation and management
  • Creative design
  • Moderation and response to comments and messages
  • Execute and maintain community and engagement strategies.
  • Scheduling of publications and reporting
  • Market monitoring
  • Development of plan to manage digital crisis
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Experience and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in careers related to the position
  • A minimum of 2 years of Community Manager in companies (Real Estate Industry is desirable)
  • Advanced English
  • Excellent writing and spelling
  • Good knowledge of macOS
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance
  • Experience with Meta Business, Adobe suite, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube, LinkedIn.
