Get Ready For Sabor A Cabo 2019: This long-awaited annual event is not only a world-class food and wine festival, where select chefs and food purveyors merge with great winemakers, wine vendors and distilled spirit representatives, but, most importantly, an amazing charity event supporting Cruz Roja, Bomberos de Los Cabos, and the Los Cabos Children’s Foundation.Â
Over 40 of our finest restaurants along with their owners, chefs and staff come together to showcase their mouth-watering creations, each with their own individual touch. The result? A great culinary experience from each participant, highlighting different types of food; vegan to a selection of various meats, seafood and poultry, grilled to fried, raw to braised. Something for everyone!
In addition, this year Sabor a Cabo has invited internationally renown chefs for a friendly on-site competition. ‘Throw-down’ Cabo style!
Wash it all down with samples from over 75 wineries, perfect to pair alongside your gastronomic experience.  Not a wine drinker? Let’s not forget the distilled spirits ranging from numerous tequilas, mezcals and other options offered by a variety of bar stands found alongside the food booths.Â
Did someone say music?
This year’s featured musical artist is the one and only Spanish soul-mover Alejandro Sanz. Both a singer and songwriter, Alejandro often pairs up with other artists such as Shakira and Alicia Keys. Surprise special guest appearance perhaps?
